Graphic Design Program
Graphic Designers use both creativity and technology. This challenging career allows designers to use their artistic instincts to create visual messages designed to reach a target audience. Graduates work in many different environments as production artists, layout artists, design assistants, illustrators, art directors, and creative directors. As a graduate of Eagle Gate College students can put their creative talents to use in an exciting career in less than 18 months. This program teaches:
- Computer design in Photoshop, QuarkXPress and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic design principles and disciplines.
- Web Page design
- Typography and color theory
- Art direction
- Marketing for graphic design
- Production techniques
- Basic illustration
