Teaching the fundamentals of interior design along with the areas of construction methods, planning, and structures, the Associate's Degree in Interior Design Technology from New England Institute of Technology is a great way to enter this exciting and growing field. In addition to learning about the theory and technical aspects of interior design, students will also learn about color, drawing, furnishings and finishes, manual drawing techniques, computer-aided drafting, visual communications, and space planning.

Associate Degree - Video & Radio Production Technology

Available at New England Institute of Technology as an Associate's Degree program, the Video & Radio Production Technology curriculum includes instruction in Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, Adobe AfterEffects, and Adobe Photoshop. Coursework in this hands-on training program includes instruction in production control rooms that feature multi-format recording and playback, two broadcast-quality television studios, 11 digital editing booths (non-linear), and 4 audio production booths. In addition, students will learn on fully integrated A/B roll editing equipment, and cover topics such as sales, promotion, field shooting, studio production, and scriptwriting.

 

Associate Degree - Multimedia & Web Design Technology

A hands-on course of study that utilizes that latest state-of-the-art equipment, the Associate's Degree in Multimedia & Web Technology program also includes instruction on software such as LightWave 3D, ColdFusion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Quark, Javascript, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Director & Flash, and Microsoft Access and ASP. In addition, students in the Multimedia & Web Design Technology Associate's Degree program will also learn about computer graphics, webpage design, web video streaming, e-commerce, 3D animation, and desktop publishing, discovering how to create and design programs via the web and CD.

Associate in Science - Graphic Design

New England Institute of Technology is pleased to offer an Associate in Science in Graphic Design degree program to prospective students. Preparing grads for entry-level positions in the fields of print production and digital desktop design, students of this program will learn about pre-press technology, design theory, computer graphics, typography, web design, desktop publishing, and digital photography. In addition, students of the AS in Graphic DEsign program will learn via teams, or on an individual basis, learning how to create products for CD-ROM, printed media, or the web. Developing their portfolio throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to work off-campus in the sixth quarter of the program.

Bachelor's Degree - Digital Recording Arts Technology

The Bachelor's Degree in Digital Recording Arts Technology from New England Institute of Technology focuses on areas such as studio production, digital filmmaking, scritpwriting, digital editing, graphic design, sales and promotion, studio recording (multi-track), multi-camera on-location shooting, and lighting. In addition, students will learn via multiple Avid Xpress DV workstations, radio studios, audio production booths (equipped with Pro Tools), production control rooms, and fully integrated A/B roll editing systems, along with almost a dozen non-linear editing booths.
