About Kaplan College - Columbus, OH
Founded in 1965, Kaplan College was originally named the Electronics Computer Programming Institute. Opened due to the rapid growth and increasing demand for graduates in the field of computer programming, the Institute was operated by Leonard Mermelin until 1972.
In January of 200, Kaplan College was purchased by Quest Education Corporation, and in September of 2003 was acquired by Kaplan Higher Education Corporation. Associate of Applied Science - Engineering Drafting with CAD
